ASCEL ESSENGUE SWITCH TO LA GALAXY FROM KSA

LOS ANGELES (Friday, Aug. 6, 2021) – LA Galaxy II announced that the club has signed midfielder Ascel Essengue for the 2021 USL Championship regular season. Ascel Essengue, 18, joins Los Dos from the Kadji Sports Academy. Essengue initially joined the LA Galaxy Academy at the age of 15, before going back to Cameroon to join the Kadji Sports Academy. Since signing with the club on July 15, 2021, the Yaoundé, Cameroon, native has made 3 appearances (2 starts) for Los Dos in 118 minutes of action in league play.
